CRI 2026 is back and better than ever! The capacity for the 2026 event is 38 teams: 22 teams will be invited through FIRST’s Premier Event advancement system, and 16 teams will be invited through CRI’s typical application system. More details about those applications will be posted soon.
The event will run from Friday, July 24th through Sunday, July 26th. New this year is that we expect teams to arrive and load-in on Friday evening.
Friday July 24th
5PM: Venue opens for team load-in
8PM: Pits, Practice fields close
Saturday July 25th
7:30AM: Venue opens for teams
8:00AM: Inspection, Judging Starts
10:15AM: Workshops start
11:30AM: Driver’s meeting
1:00PM: Opening ceremony, qualification matches begin
6:00PM: Qualification matches end
Sunday July 26th
7:30AM: Venue opens for teams
8:00AM: Opening ceremony, qualification matches begin
11:00AM: Qualification matches end, Alliance selection starts
1:00PM: Eliminations begin
4:00PM: Event ends
